Great my stay at Norfolk Arms Hotel customer support assisted me receive a new room when I asked for assist. The breakfast and food items generally speaking was great. All of the workers I contacted have been extremely pleasant.

Stayed for 3 nights with my fiance. Beds were cozy and the room was usually clean. The staff were being incredibly helpful and welcoming and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are big along with the closet. The bathroom was also very pretty clean and the shower was great. Not a really social hotel however, maybe it was like this all along our stay.

Assuming that you are travelling to Sheffield you have to reserve at Norfolk Arms Hotel. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the staff members in the reception were there at every hours. The beds had been comfy and the other guests ended up usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Pretty good hotel and excellent area. Surely will advise this place!
